Several years ago I was eating less, working out harder than I ever had before, and was still gaining weight.  I went to my physician with no resolution and was told it was “normal” to gain weight over the age of 35 years.  I decided to fight “normal”.
I dove into the nutrition realm, so I could fix myself. I have done all the “diets” with failures at the end of each of them for me.  I finally decided to go back to my foundation and dive into the research of nutrition and learn everything that I could.  This opened my eyes and mind to functional nutrition. So much so, I am a certified functional nutrition coach, specializing in women’s health.  I would be honored to walk this path with you on your journey to health and wellness, the journey to find yourself and feel your “normal” again.
